Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer at Weni by VTEX, you will assist clients in achieving initial value from using the Weni Platform through proof of concepts, technical support, and engagement during the client onboarding phase. Your ultimate goal is to guide the client on a successful journey to help them reach their desired outcomes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições


  1. Requirements Gathering: Deeply understand client requirements and business processes to tailor the configuration and customization of the Weni Platform to their needs.  
  2. Client Activation: Activate client numbers, configure catalogs, test the intelligent agent created by the client, and monitor the project in production.  
  3. Training and Guidance: Provide clients with training on how to use the Weni Platform and other Weni products, ensuring they understand the features and functionalities relevant to their operations.  
  4. Conduct POCs and Experiments: Execute proofs of concept and experiments to validate hypotheses and concepts that can support the client’s business development.  
  5. Solution Demonstrations Support: Assist with solution demonstrations through proofs of concept, evaluations, presentations, or even product implementation when necessary.  

Requisitos e qualificações

Who you are


  • You are fluent in Spanish.
  • You have advanced English (a plus).
  • You approach problems with a technical mindset.
  • You have knowledge and/or experience in one of these areas: Retail, Marketplace, Digital Commerce, and understand their impact on the customer experience.
  • You have a technical and analytical mindset, providing simple solutions to complex problems that enhance the customer experience.
  • You can work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teams.
